    • Send full payment of all fees with the above
    • Make sure you sign the application and download / comply with the rules below
    • 2009 Vendor calendar notes
    • Applications will be sent to vendors on our mailing list first half of February
    • Applications will be posted on this web site in February
    • You may call us at 253-852-5466 for an application via mail
    • Applications postmarked after June 1st will incur $25 late fee
    • Booth assignments "should" be received by you on July 3rd
    • We usually are 90% filled by July 1st

      Lions "Premier Location" Street Fair Vendor Request: "Call to be added to list"

    • Also part of the "Lions Street Fair" but with premier high visibility locations
       
    • 2009 "Premier" Vendor "How it Works" info
    • These are higher cost locations
    • You need to send in the above "Street Fair Vendor Application" first and mail back both of the application pages (keep the rules section)
    • Pay the "normal" vendor price listed on the application
    • Call and tell us that you are interested in a "Premier" location
    • We will then place you on a "request" list
    • The first round of "Premier" vendor locations go to our Sponsors
    •  Locations that are still available will then be given to Street Fair Vendors
    • We will then call you and tell you which locations are available
    • You can then make the choice if you would like to have one of those locations or remain as a normal Street Fair Vendor in a non "Premier" location

    • Part of the "Lions Street Fair" with both integration into the Festival and seasonal
      additional days during the summer & fall.

      Kent Station area

      Applications for employment:

    •  The Festival does not have any positions of employment as we are an all volunteer event.
    •   However, the carnival operator does hire people.  They start setting up on the Tuesday of the Festival.  Please contact them on site at the corner of 4th & Smith St.
